Antlers?…Hooves?…MOOSE!!!!

Hi guys this is Olivia. We haven’t had wifi in a long time. I am writing about Friday, June 24. That morning we went over the Kiskatinaw Bridge. This bridge is special because it was made of wood and it is curved. We drove over the original  structure and it freaked out Mom when Lenny went over it. After we drove over it we stopped to take pictures of the bridge.

We then drove along the Peace River. The Peace River is the only river that flows east to west across the Canadian Rockies. It was the first significant way across the Rockies. It was really beautiful.

We drove for a little while longer and then we saw a dead moose in the ditch. Then we drove even longer and we saw a burned forest. Mom pointed out that some of the trees were still smoking then I pointed out that there were firemen hanging out down a little road, packing some stuff up, so the fire must have been very recent.
