  • 🙂 glad the coloring books are coming in handy! Fingers and toes crossed for the closing to come off without any more hitches!

    • Hello Sweet Friend! Loving and missing you and Tommy too. I hope you are having a great summer! Can’t wait for your visit. We found a creek on the Kenai peninsula where the salmon were running and it made me think of you. Hoping you’ll come learn how to salmon fish with me.

  • Hi everybody! Really hope all goes smoothly at the closing, are keeping fingers and toes crossed!
Katia and I just came out of the bwca after a 5-day trip together–I spent my first blissful afternoon ever lounging in a hammock. Not sure whether this is a happy moment, or sad realization of the years of lost hammock-lounging! Is there room in Alaska for hammocks?
Your adventures have been thrilling to follow–I hope that your dreams come true on the northern frontier!
    Love from all of us

    • Hello Rosenflanz family! Karen I’m so sorry I never got back to you after your email reply. We were so bummed we missed you in the Twin Cities, but you all have had some fantastic adventures this summer! Katia – Paisley thought it was so cool you were doing the Menogyn camp again. Will you be a counselor one of these years? You have so much experience you could guide your own trip! And you have done so much paddling this summer Karen! Wow! That’s inspirational. I’m hoping I will have more time and the opportunity to do more like that up here. If you have any interest in adventuring in AK, we would love to do something with you all but I’m not sure we could keep up with you. Can’t wait to continue to be in touch.
